Job Description

  • Implement and maintain contracts management system
  • Prepare and monitor state filings and business registrations for our brand and product
  • Review and revise a variety of contracts and other legal documents
  • Giving continued support on the creation, standardization and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines
  • Collaborate with HR to overseeing employee contract, code of conduct, and labor law

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in FMCG and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills
  • Possess a strong desire to learn the business and function integrally as part of an interdisciplinary team
