Job Description:

  • Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents
  • Do analysis & give suggestion in order to choose the right influencers/KOL
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a good relationship with KOL/influencers.
  • Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2-3 years experience as KOL/Community Manager
  • Have KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Celebrities.
  • Knowledge of websites, social media and other media.
  • Enthusiast about beauty and have a good communication/negotiation skill
