Senior Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analyses for business users.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with various stakeholders to get understand the business context and the current business problems

  • Develop data marts and business dashboards to give visibility to business leaders about business performance

  • Disseminate information regarding metrics definition, dashboards/reports, or insights

  • Performs analysis using a statistical approach to answer deeper questions and generate actionable insights that may not have been answered in the existing dashboards to support business in decision making

  • Looks for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices as a Data Analyst

 

Requirements

  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in analytics

  • High proficiency in SQL and Tableau

  • Possess strong in solving problems using quantitative and statistical approaches (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing)

  • Possess structured critical thinking and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise and actionable manner

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment when dealing with competing priorities
